Decorative Boards

Took a couple of interesting shaped boards and added an interesting rustic medallion and horseshoes. Painted the boards to fit into anyone's rustic style. Repurposed by Lynette.

Why "The Painted Spoon" name?

Our Mom painted on several pieces of wooden wall plaques and
furniture that our Dad had made by hand. There were several wooden spoons that she acquired, subsequently painting colorful flowers or fruit on them. She gave those painted spoons away to family and friends. As our antique and collectibles mentor, we wanted to honor our Mom for teaching us about those little things in life that bring joy and comfort to a home. Through our attention to detail in repurposing furniture, we honor our Dad who taught us about building things through his many years of creating beautiful wood pieces. Our parents have since passed away, but we feel their presence in all of our creative efforts.
